2025-2026 Bus Registration
In order to reserve a spot on the bus for your child(ren) for the 2025 – 2026 school year, please complete the appropriate
registration form by Friday, March 28. Only K-8 students are eligible to ride the bus. The ability to accommodate students is based on a first come, first-served registration basis. Additional information is provided on the Google form. For bus questions, contact Julie Speer at

2025-2026 After School Care Registration
If you would like your child(ren) to participate in the After School Care program for the 2025-26 school year, please complete a registration form for each child by accessing the appropriate link below. While we try our very best to accommodate as many families as possible, After School Care may not be guaranteed for everyone who requests it. Acceptance into the program will depend on staffing ratios. Service will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
The deadline to register is March 28, 2025.
Please note that we only offer full and part-time options. Part-time care is day specific, and you may not switch your days. Drop-in care is not available. After school care is available when there is a 1:00pm dismissal day, but not when school is not in session.
After School Care will be closed on the following dates:

After School Care closes at 4:30pm during Fish Frys. Dates will be provided as the date approaches. We will also be closed on the day of the Faculty Christmas Luncheon and the Teacher Appreciation Luncheon. I do not have those dates but I will get them to you when I have them.
*If you have multiple children who will be attending After School Care, you must complete a registration form for each child.
** Please be advised that a $50 registration fee per family will be charged to your FACTS account.
The Monthly rates listed below are based on an annual fee divided into ten equal payments from August- May.

Monarch Mentor Program

Dear School Community:
As the 2024-2025 year comes to a close, we are working to plan ahead for the 2025-2026 school year. As part of the normal transition of the SMA School Board, there will be one open position for the next school year. If you, or someone you know, is interested in participating as a member of the school board for a three-year term, the Board invites you to attend the beginning of its April meeting, which will be held on Wednesday, April 16 at 6:30 pm in the Parish Center. The Board will share a little about its role as a consultative board, the time commitment (about 2 hours per month for three years), and invite any questions you may have. We will also ask you to share a little about yourself and your interest in the Board.

3. Names and current grade(s) of child(ren) at SMA;
4. Short biography;
5. Why are you interested in a position on the SMA School Board?; and
6. What values and experiences would you bring to the Board?
Following the April meeting, the Board will ask that all those interested in the open Board positions exercise a period of discernment and advise Dr. Timmerberg and myself if you remain interested in the Board position via email by April 25. The Board will consider all of those individuals who attend the meeting and/or send an email with the information requested above for the open positions. A decision on the selection for the three open positions will be made on or about May 21, 2024. The positions will begin July 2025 and end June 2028.

We are so excited to share that Saint Mary Academy will be creating a pollinator garden on campus near Saint Bernadette church. Our 3rd grade students and Hands to Service Elective students are teaming up to kick this project off. But we need your help!
If you wish to support this project through a monetary donation to help us purchase plants, cash or check will be accepted by Friday, March 28th. Checks can be made payable to Saint Mary Academy. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference!
This garden will be a hands-on learning experience for our students, and it will have a positive impact on our environment. We look forward to sharing more as this project progresses.
